A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
APPROVING SEWER EXTENSION 28-85 EXTENDING PUBLIC
SEWER SERVICE TO LOT 44C, BLOCK NC, APN 29-272-17
AND INCORPORATING THE AREA CONCERNED INTO THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Atascadero County Sanitation District is empowered
by Section 4741 of the Health and Safety Code to extend service to
areas outside of its boundaries; and
WHEREAS, Cecil B. Williams owns the property described in
Exhibits A,D, and C, and is attached to this resolution; and,
WHEREAS, said property, located at 5660 San Jacinto, is contiguous
to the district; and
WHEREAS, said property is within the Urban Services Line on
the City' s Land Use and Circulation General Plan Map and is con-
sistent with the General Plan; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of Atascadero County Sanitation
District to provide sewer service when consistent with the
General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the extension of utility service to an existing
private structure is categorically exempt from the provisions of
the California Environmental Quality Act (class 19) .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Directors of the Atascadero
County Sanitation District as follows:
Section 1. The Board finds that the territory described in
this resolution will be benefitted by such sewer service (Health
and Safety Code section 4830) ;
Section 2. The Board approves the extension of public sewer
service to the following lot, subject to the payment of appropriate
fees as listed in the Atascadero County Sanitation District Code :
Lot 44C, Block NC
Subject to the following conditions:
a. Obtain all necessary plumbing and street encroachment permits
b. Payment of all connection extension fees as provided in the
Atascadero County Sanitation District Code.
Section 3. The area included in Lot 44C, Block NC is hereby
incorporated into the boundaries of the Atascadero County Sanitation
District.
On motion by Board Member Norris and seconded by Board
Member Mackey , the foregoing resolution is adopted in its
entirety by the following roll call vote :
AYES: Board Piember Mackey, Norris, Handshy, Molina and President Nelson.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
