A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ATAS-
CADERO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT AUTHORIZING A CITY
REPRESENTATIVE WITH REGARDS TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION AGENCY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA GRANTS, AND
THE FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION
The Board of Directors of the Atascadero County Sanitation District
resolves as follows:
Section 1. The City Manager of the City of Atascadero is appointed
the authorized representative of the Sanitation District in all matters
concerning the Environmental Protection Agency, State of California
grants, and the Farmers Home Administration.
Section 2. The Secretary shall mail a copy of this resolution to
Ms. Maureen Reilly, Farmers Home Administration, 268 South Halcyon Road,
Arroyo Grande, CA 93420.
On motion by Director Molina and seconded by Director
Norris , the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its
entirety by the following vote:
AYES: Director Molina, Handshy, Mackey, Norris and President Nelson.
