RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
TO PARTICIPATE IN EXISTING GOVERNMENTAL COOPERP_TION
PURCHASES SINGULARLY OR WITH OTHER MUNICIPALITIES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Atascadero City Council does hereby
authorize participation directly with other governmental agencies
in cooperative purchases either on an individual basis or in con-
junction with other municipalities in order to purchase budgeted
firefighting equipment for and on behalf of the City of Atascadero;
and that Ralph H. Dowell, Jr. , Acting City Manager, Purchasing
Agent, is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all
necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for
and on behalf of the City of Atascadero.
On motion by Councilman Molina and seconded by Councilman
Norris , the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety
on the following roll call vote :
AYES: Councilwoman Norris and Mackey, Councilman Molina and Handshy
and Mayor Nelson.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
