A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA
NAMING AUTHORIZED AGENTS FOR
THE PURPOSE OF EXECUTING GRANT DOCUMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Atascadero that the City Manager
and the Director of Administrative Services are hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of
the City of Atascadero, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, any
actions necessary for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance provided by the Governor's
Office of Homeland Security.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Atascadero authorizes the execution of grant documents as indicated above.
On motion by Council Member O'Malley and seconded by Council Member Fonzi, the
foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members Clay, Fonzi, Kelley, O'Malley and Mayor Beraud
NOES: None
