COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
Tuesday, November 25, 2008, 6:00 p.m.
REGULAR SESSION 6:00 P.M.
Chairperson Beraud called the meeting of the Atascadero Community Redevelopment
Agency to order at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Board Members Brennler Clay O'Malley Vice Chairperson Luna

Absent: None
Others Present: Board Secretary Marcia McClure Torgerson, and Recording
Secretary Susanne Anshen
Staff Present: Executive Director Wade McKinney Assistant Executive Director
Jim Lewis, Board Counsel Brian Pierik, Community Development
Director Warren Frace, Community Services Director Brady Cherry
and Police Chief Jim Mulhall.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION: By Board Member Brennler and seconded by Board Member
Luna to approve the Agenda.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote.

CONSENT CALENDAR
aw 1 Affordable Housing Funds Policy
■ Fiscal Impact: Adoption of this Policy has no fiscal impact. However,
adoption of this policy allows the City to facilitate in the financial
participation of affordable housing projects
■ Recommendation. Adopt Draft Resolution, adopting the City of
Atascadero Affordable Housing Funds Policy with attached Affordable
Housing Participation Checklist [Executive Director]
APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR
MOTION By Board Member O'Malley and seconded by Board Member
Clay to approve the Consent Calendar (Item No. 1 — Resolution
No. RA 2008-004).
Motion passed 5.0 by a roll -call vote.

BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REPORTS - None
ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Beraud adjourned the meeting at 6 05 p m to the next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
