r.. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION
FOR PROPOSITION 1B TRANSIT FUNDING
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Atascadero that a Bus Stop
Improvement Project would benefit the residents of and visitors to, Atascadero; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments
(SLOCOG) is the agency authorized to program Proposition 1B funds on a competitive basis.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Atascadero desires to seek $100,000 in Proposition IB funding for a Bus Stop Improvement
Project in the City of Atascadero.
On motion by Council Member O'Malley and seconded by Council Member Kelley the
foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES. Council Members Clay Fonzi, Kelley O'Malley and Mayor 136raud
