Building Public Trust Workshop - Facilitated by Dr. Tom Shanks
This two-day workshop will focus on public trust and will provide the City Council with
the fundamental knowledge, skills, and experience to take the next steps in fostering the
public's trust and confidence in its government and services.
ADJOURNMENT: The City Council will adjourn to their next regularly scheduled
meeting.

• Give introduction to best practices for public trust programs
• Explain the ground -rules, participant agreements, and public involvement
• Facilitate Workshop

through a series of exercises.
