A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AMENDING 2007-2008 AND 2008-2009 FISCAL YEAR BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 2007-049 setting for the budget for
fiscal years 2007-2008 and 2008-2009; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby wishes to amend said budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Atascadero
SECTION 1. The appropriation amounts are amended as follows:

SECTION 2. These changes are effective immediately upon adoption of this resolution.
On motion by Council Member Beraud and seconded by Council Member Luna,
the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members Beraud, Clay, Luna, O'Malley and Mayor Brennler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
