Mayor Luna called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
PRESENT:
Council Members: Beraud, Brennler, Clay, O'Malley, and Mayor Luna
Staff: Interim City Attorney Robert Schultz, Assistant City Manager Jim
Lewis, and Assistant to the City Manager/City Clerk Marcia

2. Call to Order
a. Personnel: Review of Proposals for Services (Govt.Code Sec. 54957)
Title: City Attorney
3. Closed Session Report
The City Council reviewed the submitted proposals and determined which firms to
interview. Thursday, November 8, 2007 was chosen to be the interview date.
ADJOURNMENT: The Mayor adjourned the Closed Session at 10:30 a.m.
