Subject:Zoning 7615 ECR Comments for Dec 8 public hearing on signage
Dear City of Atascadero, I am speaking in favor of the sign size
for 7615 ECR. I am directly across the street and see this sign
and building every day. What was once an eyesore sign and
building is now an attractive and clean property. The owner has
made great improvements to this location and the sign is
attractive and does not look too large for the business. Truth
be told the owner should get an award for cleaning up the place
and making ECR look better. I have heard no complaint over the
signage or the property just compliments.
Please approve the signage as-is.
