CALL TO ORDER:
Chairperson Harden called the meeting to order at 1:04 P.M.

Present: Board Members Clint Pearce, Vice Chairperson Tom O’Malley and
Chairperson Harden

Absent: Board Member Jeffrey Lemus and Board Member Amar Sohi

1. 2025 DRIVE Event Recap & Future Event Opportunity
▪ Fiscal Impact: Up to $3,750.
▪ Recommendation: ATBID Advisory Board:
1. Receive and file recap of marketing results from March 2025 DRIVE Workshop. [Full
Cup Solutions]
2. Provide staff direction on pursuing a DRIVE event opportunity in the future. [City]

Banish presented the item and answered questions for the Advisory Board.

1. The Board Received and Filed marketing results from March 2025 DRIVE Workshop.
2. The Board provided staff direction to move event support to City and Chamber. No
Motion needed.
2. ATBID Event Sponsorship Program Updates & Event Renewal Criteria
▪ Fiscal Impact: None.
▪ Recommendation: ATBID Advisory Board review, discuss, and provide staff direction to
update the current Event Sponsorship Application and establish event renewal criteria.

questions from the Advisory Board.

▪ Recommendation: ATBID Advisory Board discuss and provide staff direction on next
steps following the oral report to the Board [Verdin Marketing].
Ashlee Akers with Verdin Marketing provided a brief recap of the oral report and advised on the
next steps.
