CITY OF ATASCADERO – MADDY ACT LOCAL APPOINTMENTS LIST

In accordance with Government Code Section 54972, the following is a list of all appointive terms that will expire
during calendar year 2025. The list contains all appointive terms, which will expire during the next calendar
year with the name of the incumbent appointee, the date of appointment, the date the term expires, and the
necessary qualifications for the position. Any unscheduled vacancies will be noticed pursuant to state law.
ATASCADERO TOURISM BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ATBID)
Membership on the Advisory Board is eligible to representatives of Lodging Businesses within the ATBID area
who have fully paid their ATBID assessment at the time of the appointment, and remain fully paid during the
term of their membership on the Board.
