Project Description: Tentative Parcel Map proposing a 2-lot subdivision under SB 9 regulations. The
tentative parcel map adheres to the requirements of the Urgency Ordinance that the City passed regarding SB
9 in December 2021. The map will result in two parcels from one existing parcel. Parcel 1 will be 20, 173 SF
(0.46 acres). Parcel 2 will be 17, 195 SF (0.39 acres).
