There will be no Closed Session and the following items are hereby
removed from the agenda:

hereby amended as follows:

October 9, 2023, at the Atascadero City Hall, 6500 Palma Avenue, Atascadero, CA 93422 and was available for
public review in the Customer Service Center at that location.
