Comments on 5705 Olmeda Ave Cond. Use Permit
I live at and have lived next to the existing apts at 5705 Olmeda for 10 years.
Over this time my family has experienced many disruptions, noise, and emergency personnel being called to the location
for various reasons. We have had people trespass our property many time to get to these apts. disregarding no
trespassing signs.
In addition to these apts. three houses have very recently been built immediately next to where the proposed
residential care facility would be located.
This proposed building would make the neighborhood too crowded, noisy, and unsafe for those living next to it.
