A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROPOSITION 116
FUND TRANSFER AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE EL CAMINO REAL AND TRAFFIC WAY
BIKEWAY PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted Resolution
42-93 accepting the transfer of applicant status from the San
Luis Obispo Council of Governments for the Proposition 116 El
Camino Real and Traffic Way Bikeway Projects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous to see the completion
of construction of these Proposition 116 projects.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council does hereby
authorize the City Manager to execute the Fund Transfer Agreement
with the California Department of Transportation on behalf of the
City of Atascadero, California.
On motion by Councilmember Luna, and seconded by
Councilmember Highland, the foregoing Resolution is hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Carden, Highland, Johnson, Luna and
Mayor Bewley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
