RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A THREE-YEAR
FRANCHISE AGREEMENT EXTENSION WITH
WITH WIL-MAR DISPOSAL INC.
FOR
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
The City Council of the City of Atascadero, California hereby resolves as
follows:
1 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a three-year franchise
agreement extension with Wil-Mar Disposal, Inc. for solid waste
collection.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make minor corrections or
modifications of a mathematical or clerical nature.
3. Wil-Mar Disposal, Inc. will make financial reports available to the City as
the City deems appropriate during the life of the agreement. of this
agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Atascadero held on the 28th day of February, 1995.
