Subject: Reference to oversized structure at 7705/7707 San Gabriel rd (use21-0113)
In reference to an oversized accessory structure at 7705/7707 San Gabriel Road (use21-0113). We are opposed to the
oversized structure do to two homes and other out buildings on this property. A larger oversized building would not be
aesthetically pleasing to the area. If the city allows another structure it should not be oversized. As a neighbor we
already have a issue with the lighting that stays on All night long and shines into our home. We do not wish this on
another building structure that encroaches on the Nieghbors privacy. If any structure is allowed it should be setback to
the back of his property to the farthest point from San Gabriel and Carmelita roads.
