I live in the Rancho del Bordo mobile home park next door to the proposed expansion of California Manor. I have
absolutely no objections to this plan. San Luis Obispo County and particularly Atascadero is in dire need of "affordable"
housing. The California Manor helps with this problem and hopefully, the new units will be priced similarly with the
same criteria. I hope this project is approved and that construction can begin soon. Thank you.
