RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of
ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION Of PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS UNDER THE STATE-LOCAL
TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5423
WHEREAS, the City of Atascadero entered into the State of California MASTER
AGREEMENT known as STATE-LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5423 on February 14, 1994, and
WHEREAS, the State of California has created Program Supplement No. 001 for
funding for a portion of the public improvements in the Las Encinas Assessment District
and Program Supplement No. 002 for funding for a portion of the public improvements
in the 3F Meadows Assessment District and Program Supplement No. 003 for funding for
a portion of the public improvements in the Camino Real Assessment District, and
WHEREAS, adoption of the Program Supplements by the City of Atascadero is
required by the MASTER AGREEMENT,
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Atascadero, California hereby
resolves as follows:
1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute Program Supplements to the
STATE-LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5423.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make minor corrections or
modifications of a mathematical or clerical nature.
3. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to appropriate funds, if
necessary; release and expend funds; and issue warrants to comply with
the terms of this agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Atascadero held on the 27th of October, 1994.
