RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THOSE ROADS
WITHIN THE LAS ENCINAS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
INTO THE CITY SYSTEM OF MAINTAINED ROADS
WHEREAS, certain property owners have formed the Las Encinas Assessment
District to fund the design and construction of the improvements required to have
portions of these roads accepted into the City Maintained System; and
WHEREAS, the roads to be accepted within the Las Encinas Assessment
District are directly connected to streets currently in the City Maintained System; and
WHEREAS, City Engineering Department and City Road Maintenance staff have
reviewed the improvements and determined them to be in substantial conformance
with the plans reviewed by the City Engineering Department.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Atascadero that the roads within the boundaries of the Las Encinas Assessment
District are hereby accepted into the City Maintained System.
On motion by Councilperson Luna and seconded by Councilperson Highland,the
foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Highland, Johnson, Luna and Mayor Bewley
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Carden
