RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
NORTH COUNTY SEPTIC SERVICE
FOR
SEPTAGE DEWATERING SERVICE CONCESSION OPERATION
ATASCADERO WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY
JANUARY 1, 1996 - DECEMBER 31, 1996
The City Council of the City of Atascadero, California hereby
resolves as follows:
1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
amendment to the agreement with North County
Septic Service for a septage dewatering service
operation at Atascadero's Wastewater Treatment
Facility.
2 , The City Manager is hereby authorized to make
minor corrections or modifications of a
mathematical or clerical nature.
3 . The Finance Director in hereby authorized to
receive fees for space rental and wastewater
treatment according to the terms of the
agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Ata o held on the 13th of February, 1996.
