RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
APPROVING 1993-1998 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN AS A
GUIDE FOR FUTURE CAPITAL PLANNING

on February 14, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 1-93 in
January 1993, contracting with the City Engineer to "revise and
update the City' s 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan for review and
approval by the City Council" ; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and the City Council held a
joint meeting to consider said Draft Plan on March 15, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission continued consideration of
this subject on May 17, 1994, and is recommending said plan for
approval by the City Council; an
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65401 provides for such
review by the Planning Commission and Council prior to adoption;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Atascadero does
approve the 1993-199 Capital Imoro

as a guide for future capital project planning.
On motion Councilperson Luna seconded by counailperson
Bewley , the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in
its' entirety by the following role call vote:
AYES: Councilpersons Bewley, Borgeson, Highland, Luna and Mayor Nimmo
