RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
JOE L. & LOUISE ADELE DILLARD
"ADELE'S CATERING"
FOR
ANNUAL FOOD SERVICE CONCESSION OPERATION
PALOMA CREEK PARR CONCESSION
APRIL 1, 1994 - MARCH 31, 1995
The City Council of the City of Atascadero, California hereby
resolves as follows:
1 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with Joe L. and Louise Adele Dillard "Adele's Catering" .
2 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to make minor
corrections or modifications of a mathematical or
clerical nature.
3 . The Finance Director is hereby authorized to receive 22
percent of the concession's monthly gross earnings, as
depicted, in the terms of the agreement,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Atascadero held on the 22nd of March , 3994 .
