RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AMENDING EXHIBIT A AND B OF RESOLUTION 81-93
(ANNUAL POSITION ALLOCATION AND
TEMPORARY/SEASONAL SALARY SCHEDULE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Atascadero City Council hereby
approves Exhibits A and B, as attached.
Section 1 . Exhibit A of Resolution 81-93 is hereby repealed and replaced
with the new Exhibit A, dated February 22, 1994. The number
of authorized permanent positions shall be as set forth in Exhibit
A entitled "City of Atascadero Salary Schedule";
Section 2. Exhibit B of Resolution 81-93 is hereby repealed and replaced with
the new Exhibit B, dated February 22, 1994. The hourly rates for
temporary employees shall be as set forth in Exhibit B entitled
"Salary Schedule for Temporary/Seasonal Positions";
Section 3. Future amendments to Exhibit A or B must be by Council
resolution;
Section 4. This resolution shall be effective February 22, 1994.
On motion by Councilperson Luna, seconded by Councilperson Bewley, the
foregoing resolution is hereby supplied in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Bewley, Borgeson, Luna and Mayor Nimmo
NOES: None
ABSENT: One Seat Vacant
