RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CERTIFICATE OF LOCAL
APPROVAL FOR THE NORTH COUNTY WOMEN'S SHELTER
The City Council of the City of Atascadero, California, hereby resolves as
follows:
The Mayor Pro Tem is hereby authorized to execute a Certification of
Local Approval to be submitted as part of an application for the
Federal Emergency Grant Program 1993 to the State of California,
Department of Housing & Community Development for the North
County Women's Shelter.
On motion by Councilperson Borgeson , seconded by Councilperson Luna ,
the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety by the following roll-call
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Bewley, Borgeson, Luna and Mayor Pro Tem Kudlac
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Nimmo

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
DESIGNATING A STOP INTERSECTION ON CORRIENTE AVENUE AT SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, Section 4-2 .801 et seq. of the Atascadero Municipal
Code allows the City Traffic Engineer to determine the location of
STOP intersections, and to place and maintain appropriate signs or
markings indicating the same; and
WHEREAS, the Atascadero Traffic committee has recommended that
establishing a STOP intersection on Corriente Avenue at Santa Ana
will improve traffic safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Atascadero
directs the City Traffic Engineer to place and maintain appropriate
signs or markings indicating the STOP intersection at the location
listed above.
On motion by Councilmember Luna, and seconded by
Councilmember Kudlac, the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in
its entirety on the following roll all vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Bewley, Borgeson, Kudlac, Luna and Mayor
Nimmo
