RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING OBISPO ROAD INTO THE CITY
MAINTAINED ROAD SYSTEM
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Atascadero as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1806 of
the California Streets and Highways Code, the following street is
hereby accepted into the city street system:
Street Name Length in Feet
Obispo Road 1800
SECTION 2 . A copy of this resolution shall be furnished to
Richard Shannon.
On motion by Councilperson Bewley and seconded by
Councilperson Borgeson, the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted
in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Bewley, Borgeson, Luna and Mayor Nimmo
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Kudlac
