CALL TO ORDER - 6:00 p.m.
Vice Chairperson van den Eikhof called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. and
Commissioner Wolff led the Pledge of Allegiance.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION: By Commissioner Wolff and seconded by Commissioner
Anderson to approve the Agenda.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote.
PUBLIC COMMENT
The following member of the public spoke during public comment: Charles Bourbeau.
Vice Chairperson van den Eikhof closed the Public Comment period.

1. DRAFT MINUTES OF JANUARY 19, 2021
■ Recommendation: Commission approve the January 19, 2021, Minutes.
MOTION: By Commissioner Shaw and seconded by
Commissioner Wolff to approve the Draft
Minutes.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote.

Administration of Oath of Offices to new Planning Commissioners Jason

Director Dunsmore stated that the Commission will hold elections for Chair and Vice Chair
on February 16, 2021.
