A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO CTY COUNCIL
APPOINTING ONE (1) MEMBER TO THE BUILDING AND
CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 44
relating to the establishment of a Building and Construction
Board of Appeals; and
WHEREAS, the term of one member of the Board of Appeals has
expired; and
WHEREAS, the incumbent member representing the general
contracting membership category of membership has served the City
well in these capabiities and is willing to continue in this
capacity; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Atascadero does
resolve to make the following appointment to the Board of Appeals
for a four (4) year term beginning March 1, 1992:
John Vial
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Atascadero does
further resolve that this resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately.
On motion by Councilman Dexter and seconded by Councilman
Nimmo the foregoing resolution is approved by the following role
call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Borgeson, Nimmo, Dexter and Mayor Shiers
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Lilley
ADOPTED: March 10, 1992
