A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
CENTRAL COAST COMMISSION FOR SENIOR CITIZENS
RETIRED SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
TO
MAINTAIN VOLUNTEER STATIONS THROUGHOUT CITY FACILITIES.
The City Council of the City of Atascadero, California,
hereby resolves as follows:
1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with: The Central Coast Commission for Senior
Citizens/RSVP, to maintain Volunteer Stations throughout
City Facilities, and all other agreements or documents
required to effectuate the terms of agreement.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make minor
corrections or modifications of a mathematical or clerical
nature.
3. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to: appropriate
funds, if necessary; release and expend funds; and issue
warrants to comply with the terms of this agreement.
On motion by Councilperson Dexter, seconded by Councilperson
Nimmo, the foregoing resolution adopted in its entirety on the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Borgeson, Lilley, Nimmo, Dexter and
Mayor Shiers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: February 25, 1992
