RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
DESIGNATING AN AGENT FOR MATTERS PERTAINING TO UMTA
SECTION 18 CAPITAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACTS
The Council of the City of Atascadero resolves as follows:
THAT the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to
execute for and in behalf of the City of Atascadero, a public
entity established under the laws of the State of California, all
documents required in obtaining UMTA Section 18 Capital Assistance
Contracts
UPON MOTION of Councilperson Dexter and seconded by
Councilperson Nimmo, and carried, the Council hereby authorizes the
above named to sign UMTA Section 18 Capital Assistance Contracts.
AYES: Councilmembers Borgeson, Nimmo, Dexter, Lilley and Mayor
Shiers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
