RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
ADOPTING NEW PLANNING AND ENGINEERING FEES.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Atascadero:
Section 1. Resolution No. 6-85 is hereby rescinded;
Section 2. New Planning and Engineering fees shall be as
proposed in Exhibit I, made a part of this Resolution;
Section 3. These new fees shall be effective immediately upon
adoption; provided, however that any project currently pending
shall be charged the fees in effect prior to adoption.
Section 4. This resolution shall expire at midnight on June
30, 1991 unless reaffirmed or superceded by action of the City
Council.
On motion by Council.person Shiers, and seconded by
Councilperson Borgeson, the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted
in its entirety, by the following Roll Call Vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Nimmo, Dexter, Bergeson, Shiers and Mayor
Lilley
NOES: None
ABSENT: Nene
