A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA _
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
AMERICAN APPRAISAL ASSOCIATES TO
PERFORM CITYWIDE FIXED ASSET APPRAISAL SERVICES
The City Council of the City of Atascadero, California hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The Mayor or in the Mayor's absence, the City Manager, is
hereby authorized to execute an agreement with:
American Appraisal Associates to perform Citywide fixed
asset appraisal services and all other agreements or
documents required to effectuate the terms of agreement.
The commencement date for said services shall be March 1,
1991.
2 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to make minor
corrections or modifications of a mathematical or
clerical nature.
3 . The City Finance Director is hereby authorized to:
appropriate funds, if necessary; release and expend
funds; and issue warrants to comply with the terms of
this agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Atascadero held on the 12th day of February, 1991.
