RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
ADOPTING NEN SOLID WASTE RATES WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF ATASCADERO
BE IT RESOLVED BY COUNCIL:
Section 1. That new solid waste rates shall be as set forth
in Exhibit 1, which is made a part of this Resolution, and
Section 2 . That these rates shall be effective March 1, 1991.
On motion by Councilperson Dexter, and seconded by
Councilperson Nimmo, the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in
its entirety, by the following Roll Call Vote.
AYES: Councilmembers Dexter, Borgeson, Nimmo, Shiers and Mayor
Lilley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: February 12, 1991
