RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ATASCADERO
AMENDING RESOLUTION 11-90, ADOPTING A
SALARY/CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE
AND BENEFITS FOR CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1 . Resolution 11-90 is hereby amended as follows:
1 . Section 1 . 1 is amended to read :
"Base salaries in effect on 30 June 1990 shall be
increased by 5.5% effective 1 July 1990.
2. Section 1 .2 is amended to read : "As an equity
adjustment , base salaries in effect on 1 July 1990
shall be increased 5% effective I July 1990. "
Section 2. This resolution shall be effective July 1 , 1990.
On motion by Councilperson Dexter and seconded by
Councilperson Nimmo the foregoing resolution is hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following vote:
AYES: Councilmenbers Shiers, Borgeson, Nimmo, Dexter and Mayor Lilley
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
