A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
DURING FISCAL YEAR 1990-91
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 14814 of the Government Code,
the City Council for the City of Atascadero does hereby authorize
the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the
State of California to purchase materials, supplies and equipment
for and on the behalf of the City of Atascadero, and
FURTHERMORE, the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City
of Atascadero.
On motion by Councilmember Borgeson seconded by
Councilmember Mackey , the foregoing resolution is hereby
approved on the following roll-call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Lilley, Shiers, Borgeson, Mackey and Mayor Dexter
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
