BE IT RESOLVED,

On motion by Councilperson Mackey and seconded by
Councilperson Shiers the foregoing resolution is hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Lilley, Borgeson, Mackey, Shiers and Mayor Dexter
NOES: none
