RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-88
MAKING CHANGES TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ATASCADERO AND
RAY WINDSOR, CITY MANAGER
Section 1. That section 5 entitled Vacation Pay is amended to ten
( 10) days of Management Leave.
Section 2. That section- 9 entitled Sick Leave is amended to add ,
"Upon termination of employment in good standing , after
five (5) years of continuos service, he shall be paid
one-half of all accumulated Sick Leave.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of` the City Council of
the City of Atascadero held February 13, 1990, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Lilley, Mackey, Borgeson, Shiers and Mayor Dexter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: 2/27/90'
