A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
RENEWING THE CITY ' S ELIGIBILITY IN THE
FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, The City desires to remain in the Federal Surplus
Property Program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City
of Atascadero does hereby ratify:
Section 1 . That the following employees listed below shall be and
are hereby authorized as our representatives to
acquire federal surplus property from the California
State Agency for Surplus Property under the Terms and
Conditions listed on the attached Exhibit I ,
made a part of this resolution.
Ray Windsor , City Manager
Mark Joseph , Administrative Services Director
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
On motion by Councilperson Shiers and seconded by
Councilperson Mackey the foregoing resolution is hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following vote.
AYES: Councilmembers Lilley, Borgeson, Shiers, Mackey and Mayor Dexter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
