A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ATASCADERO REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 64-85 (FIFTY CENT TAX) , RESOLUTION NO.
10-86 (DEVELOPMENT FEE) , RESOLUTION NO.
11-86 (LEWIS AVENUE BRIDGE FEE) , AND
RESOLUTION NO. 44-88 (DEVELOPMENT FEE COST
OF LIVING INCREASE)
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 183, establishing development
impact fees, was adopted and became effective on February 24,
1989; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 183 supersedes Ordinance No. 111,
(development mitigation tax) ; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 183 supersedes Ordinance No. 118,
(Lewis Avenue Bridge fee) ; and
W�EREAS, Ordinance No. 183 supersedes Ordinance No. 119,
(develbpment impact fee) ; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 100-88 supersedes Resolution No.
j 64-85 (fifty cent tax) , and Resolution No. 10-86 (development
fee) , and Resolution No. 11-86 (Lewis Avenue Bridge fee) , and
Resolution No. 44-88 (development fee cost of living
increase) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Atascadero as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 64-85 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Resolution No. 10-86 is hereby repealed.
Section 3 . Resolution No. 11-86 is hereby repealed.
Section 4. Resolution No. 44-88 is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Atascadero held February 28 1989
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilwoman Mackey, Councilmen Shiers, Dexter, Lilley and Mayor
Borgeson

ABSENT: none
