WHEREAS, the CITY OF ATASCADERO
Contras or
a public agency, is qualified to do business in California under the Federal
Employer's Idenfitication Number 95-3389063 ; and
BE IT RESOLVED, that by the City Council Meeting of December 13, 198$
thee
City Council approved and authorized the above named
Contractor to enter into an Agreement with the State Personnel Board for the
Career Opportunities Development Program from November 16, 1988. through
November 15, 1.989 ; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that at the above mentioned Councilneeting, the
Director of Public Works Paul M. Sensibau h has been authorized
(Title an Department and directed to execute Agreements for and on behalf of the CITY OF
ATASCADERO -Con Tactor
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December , 19 88 by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS DEXTER, LILLEY, MACKEY, SHIERS AND MAYOR BORGESON
