RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AN AGENT FOR MATTERS
PERTAINING TO UMTA SECTION 18 CAPITAL
ASSISTANCE CONTRACTS
That the City of Atascadero resolves as follows :
THAT the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized
to execute for and in behalf of the City of Atascadero, a
public entity established under the laws of the State of
California , all documents required in obtaining UMTA
Section 18 Capital Assistance Contracts ,
UPON MOTION of Councilman SHIERS , seconded
by Councilman DEXTER , and carried, the Council
hereby authorizes the above named to sign UMTA Section 18
Capital Assistance Contracts ,
AYES : COUNCILMEMBERS DEXTER, LILLEY, MACKEY, SHIERS AND MAYOR BORGESON
NOES: NONE
ABSENT : NONE
ABSTAIN: ---
