RESOLUTION NO. 85-88
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
RATIFYING FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET
EXPENDITURES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987-1988
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a General Fund Budget for
fiscal year 1987-1988 on June 23, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 37208C authorizes the City
Council to ratify final budgetexpenditures for fiscal year
budget ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Atascadero does hereby ratify the final general fund
budget appropriations and expenditures for all City departments
as specified in the attachment .
On motion by Councilperson SHIERS and seconded
by Councilperson BORGESON , the foregoing resolution
is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call`
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS DEXTER, LILLEY, SHIERS AND MAYOR BORGESON
NOES: NONE
ABSENT COUNCILWOMAN MACKEY
