RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
APPROVING A BUDGET FOR THE 1988-1989 FISCAL YEAR
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF
BE IT RESOLVED by the; Atascadero County Sanitation District
Board of Directors as follows:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to provisions of the Government code, a
budget is hereby approved, per attachment entitled, BUDGET,
FISCAL YEAR 1988-89, and as may be amended by the Board of
Directors for the 'Atascadero County Sanitation District for
Fiscal Year 1988-89.
SECTION 2: The City Manager may transfer appropriations
between line items, as required , to .achieve the orderly and
efficient functioningof the District .
SECTION _3: As an Enterprise Fund , the Districtwillaccept
equitable general, administrative and other costs, as allocated
for Fiscal Year 1988-89. These costs are detailed as an
administrative charge in the Sanitation Expenditure Budget .
SECTION 4: The BoardofDirectors, from time to time, by
motion, may approve additional appropriations as they deem
necessary.
On motion by Boardmember SHIERS and seconded
by Boardmember MACKEY the foregoing resolution is
hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:-
AYES: DIRECTORS DEXTER, LILLEY, MACKEY, SHIERS AND CHAIRMAN BORGESON
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
