RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AWARDING A THREE YEAR CONTRACT FOR FISCAL AUDITING TO
GLENN, BURDETTE, PHILLIPS AND BOOKER
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS
WHEREAS, the City requested proposals from audit firms to
conduct the annual fiscal year audit ; and
WHEREAS, three qualified firms submitted proposals; and
WHEREAS, the proposals were reviewed and the firms
interviewed by a committee duly authorized and appointed by the
City Council ; and
WHEREAS, the committee recommended that the firm of Glenn,
Burdette, Phillips and Booker be awarded the contract ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Atascadero directs and authorizes the Mayor to sign the
contract awarding the fiscal year audit for the years 1987-88,
1988-89, 1989-90, to the firm of Glenn, Burdette, Phillips and
Booker , Certified Public Accountants.
On motion by Councilperson Mackey and seconded
by Councilperson Lilley ' the foregoing resolution is
herebyadopted in its entirety on the following roll call votes:
AYES: Councilmembers Ma:ckey , ' Lilley , Dexter , Shiers & Mayor Borgeson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: June 28 ,_ 19$$
