RESOLUTION NO. 44-88
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT FEES ADOPTED IN
CITY ORDINANCE NO. 119
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted Ordinance
No . 119; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance calls for the annual adjustment in
the Development Fees per the most recent increase in the Los
Angeles - Long Beach index of the CPI ; and
WHEREAS, the annual increase equals 4.4%; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Atascadero adopts the attached fee schedule for
Development Fees effective July 1 , 1988.
On motion by Councilperson Markey and seconded
by Councilperson T,;11Py , the foregoing resolution is
hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call votes:
AYES: Councilmembers Mackey, Lilley, Shiers, Dexter, :and Mayor Borgeson
NOES: None ,
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: June 28, 1988
