A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICT APPROVING EXTENDING PUBLIC SEWER SERVICE TO
LOT 2 BLOCK 1 EAGLET TRACT 2 AND INCORPORATING
THE AREA CONCERNED INTO THE BOUNDARIES OF
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
WHEREAS, the Atascadero County Sanitation District is
empowered by Section 4834 of the Health and Safety Code to
annex territory already a part of the County Sanitation
District to the Improvement District of that County Sanitation
District ; and
WHEREAS, Mr . Don Robinson owns the property described
in Exhibit A attached to this resolution; and
WHEREAS, said, property , located on E1 Corte Avenue, is
contiguous with Improvement District #1 ; and
WHEREAS, the proposed annexation has received a Negative
Declaration pursuant to the provisions of the Environmental
Quality Act ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Directors of the
Atascadero County Sanitation District as follows ;
Section 1 . The Board finds that the territory described
in this resolution will be benefitted by such sewer service
(Health and Safety Code Section 4830)
Section 2 . The Board approves the connection of public
sewer service to the following parcel , subject to the payment
of appropriate fees as listed in the Atascadero County
Sanitation District Code ;
Lot 2 Block 1
Section 3 . The area included in Lot 2 , Block 1 is
hereby incorporated into the boundaries of Improvement
District NO. 1 .

On motion by Board Member _ BOURBEAU and seconded by
Board Member HANDSITY ,the foregoing resolution is adopted
in its entirety by the following roll call vote .
AYES: DIRECTORS BORGESON, BOURBEAU, HANDSITY, MACKEY AND CHAIRMAN NORRIS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
