A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO CITY COUNCIL
APPOINTING TWO (2) MEMBERS TO THE BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION
BOARD OF APPEALS
WHERBAS, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 44 relating to
the establishment of a Building and Construction Board of Appeals; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two members of the Board of Appeals have
expired; and
WHEREAS, the incumbent members representing the architectural/
engineering, and general contracting membership categories of member-
ship have served the City well in these capabilities and are willing
to continue in this capacity; and
WHEREAS, on May 24, 1988, the City Council did vote for specific
nominations to the Board of Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Atascadero does resolve
to make the following appointments to the Board of Appeals for terms
of four (4) years from this date:
1. Michael Bewsey
2. David Grummitt
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Atascadero does further
resolve that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
On motion by COUNCILMAN HANDSITY and seconded by COUNCILWOMAN
MACKEY , the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its en-
tirety by the following voter
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS BORGESON, BOURBEAU, HANDSITY, MACKEY AND MAYOR NORRIS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
