RESOLUTION NO. 26-88
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Atascadero does
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services
of the State of California to purchase materials, supplies and equipment
for and on the behalf of the City of Atascadero, pursuant to Section 10324
of the Public Contracts Code, and that the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents
in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Atascadero.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is. a true and correct copy of the
resolution duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Atascadero at a meeting thereof held on the 8th day of March, 1988, and that
the same now appears of record in my office.
I witness thereof,_ I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my official
seal this 8th day of March, 1988.
On motion by Council Member MACKEY and seconded by Council
Member BORGESON ,` the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in
its entirety on the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS BORGESON, BOURBEAU, HANDSITY, MACKEY AND MAYOR NORRIS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
