HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 010-88 RESOLUTION NO. 10-88 A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT APPROVING EXTENDING PUBLIC SEWER SERVICE TO LOT 6 BLOCK 13 AND INCORPORTING THE AREA CONCERNED INTO THE BOUNDARIES OF IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 WHEREAS, the Atascadero County Sanitation District is empowered by Section 4834 of the Health and Safety Code to annex territory already a part of the County Sanitation District to the Improvement District of that County Sanitation District ; and WHEREAS, Don Messer owns the property described in Exhibits A and B attached to this resolution; and WHEREAS, said, property, located on Santa Rosa Road, is �* contiguous with Improvement District #1 ; and WHEREAS, said Applicant for the property has recently applied for a six-lot tract map and the development is contingent upon obtaining sanitary sewer service; and WHEREAS, the proposed annexation has received a Negative Declaration pursuant to the provisions of the Environmental Quality Act ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Directors of the Atascadero County Sanitation District as follows : Section 1 , The Board finds that the territory described in this resolution will be benefitted by such sewer service Health and Safety Code Section 4830 Section 2 . The Board approves the connection of public sewer service to the following parcel , subject to the payment of appropriate fees as listed in the Atascadero County Sanitation District Code: Lot 6 Block 13 APN 56-261-42 Section 3. The area included in APN 56-261-42, Lot 6 , Block 13 is hereby incorporated into the boundaries of Improvement District NO. 1 , On motion by Board Member BORGESON and seconded by Board Member MACKEY ,the foregoing resolution is adopted in its entirety by the following roll call vote.
